Commission Info

By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

I primarily make emotes! If you would like a different art piece please email me so we can discuss. All prices are labeled in USD.I currently am not offering animated emotesCommercial Use:If you are planning on using my art for commercial use please let me know!1.5x price for general commercial use (Examples are using in streams, channels, banners, profile photos that are linked to accounts that make money / goal to make money.)3x price for commissions that will be used on merchandise2x price for rush fee. Your commission will be moved to the fast pass lane

How to Commission me

I take commissions through email or Ko-Fi!The link to my Ko-Fi is on my home page but if you prefer through email please fill out the google doc form below to commission me!You do not need this form if you are commissioning me through ko-fi.If you have any questions please contact me at [email protected].

Once I receive your commission request from the google doc, I will review your request and contact you asap to get your commission started!At this time your request is not confirmed so you will not be put into queue.If your request is confirmed I will either send you an invoice through PayPal or create a custom Ko-Fi listing for you depending on your preferred payment.
It is your choice if you would like to pay the full commission price up front OR half the commission price before I start and the second half before I send you the final.
Once I receive your payment you will be put into queue. Please check out my Trello (Link on my home page) to check your commission status!

The updates I will send you is a sketch and a sketch with base coloring! Please feel free to ask for an update at anytime.

When your sketch is confirmed to your liking I will move onto the final art. This will be when the second half of your payment needs to be completed if you chose this option.I draw my emotes at approximately 1000px x 1000px and you will receive a square png of the full emote.
I do not resize emotes unless asked.

I want you too be happy with your art! Please tell me if there is anything that needs to be changed. Revisions will not have an extra charge unless it is a redesign!

Terms of Service

Payment:Commissions must be paid either in full or half before I start working on them.I only take payment via Ko-Fi and Paypal. All prices will be in USD.

Commercial Use:If you are planning on using my art for commercial use there is an added fee1.5x price for general commercial use (Examples are using in streams, channels, banners, profile photos that are linked to accounts that make money / goal to make money.)3x price for commissions that will be used on merchandise.2x price for rush fee. Your commission will be moved to the fast pass lane.

Credit:Art must be properly credited wherever used. My Bluesky, Twitch and
Ko-Fi are all @WrenHaxanArtworks can be used for personal useCommissioner has full rights of their character while I will have full rights to my artworks.Fanart commissions are not eligible as commercial merchandise commissions

Cancelations and Refunds:I can deny your commission for any reason.Commissions can be canceled until payment has been sent.After payment is sent, commissioner is put in queue for sketching. From then on 50% of total commission amount will be refunded in event of cancelation.
Commissioner will be sent the work in progress if available but sketching will not be completed if not already.After commission has moved on to the final coloring/line art stage, a refund is not available.If I am unable to complete your commission due to my own circumstances 100% of commission will be refunded

Commissioned art will be posted on my social media. If posting needs to be delayed, because of a debut for example, please mention it. Otherwise art will be posted at my discretion.Commission will be completed in a reasonable amount time, generally within a month. Please check my Trello for your commission's status.A reference image is needed to accept your commission. Picrew is a great asset if you do not have a reference already!Commissions are for digital artwork, no physical items will be sent.Revisions are free unless it is a design change or extremely excessive after the coloring stage. (Corrections due to my mistakes will always be free)I draw my emotes at approximately 1000px x 1000px and you will receive a square png of the full emote. I do not resize emotes unless asked. Please let the platform you are putting them on automatically resize them.Please fill out the google doc form below if you would like to commission me.
